Jeff Monson, a member of the State Assembly of Bashkortostan and a Russian and American athlete, collected exclusive Bashkir tea at the Regional Centre of Competences in Labour Productivity. The tea includes fireweed and medicinal herbs.
The champion participated in the business game called Bashkir Tea Blending at Zauralye Forum. The competitive spirit accompanies the champion everywhere. At first, Jeff, following the recipe, managed to collect only one tea party set in 2 minutes. He did this using a disorganized workspace.

Azamat Davletbaev, Head of the Regional Centre, and Elnar Sirazetdinov, Project Manager and Coach, introduced Jeff to lean production tools implemented at enterprises in Bashkortostan as part of Labor Productivity national project. They offered him to try himself once again in the role of a tea factory worker. As a result, Jeff doubled his score and got an assembled exclusive tea party set as a present.
