On May 25-27, 2023 Sibay, the Republic of Bashkortostan will host the IV All-Russia Investment Sabantuy Zauralye-2023.

The event is organized by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives and the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The Investment Sabantuy will be participated by fifteen hundred people from Russia and beyond, including Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkey and other countries.

The event invited representatives of federal and regional state institutions, of Russian and foreign business, investors, experts, public figures and officials.

We expect an official delegation from Kazakhstan led by Kairbek Uskenbaev, the Minister of Industry and Infrastructural Development.

The Republic of Belarus will be represented at the Investment Sabantuy by Dmitriy Kharitonchik, the Deputy Prime Minister of Industry.

The organizing committee received a confirmation from Zarina Doguzova, the Head of the Federal Agency for Tourism.

The participants will discuss relevant issues such as investment attraction, boost of export activity, monotown development, domestic tourism, city environment digitalization, environmental issues.

The key idea of the forum will be unburdened during the plenary session AntiSanction REGIONS: The New Economic Reality.

Over two days the participants, speakers and guests of the forum will be engaged with a busy business program. It includes strategical sessions, round-table discussions, working group meetings and specific off-site sessions dedicated to the economic development of the Republic of Bashkortostan and Russia in general in the current global situation.

On the first day of the Investment Sabantuy there will be the official opening ceremony of the first Inter-Regional Forum of Business Sheriffs.

During this event colleagues from Belgorod, Lipetsk, Stavropol and other regions will exchange experience in managing the business sheriff institute.

Also there will be the Global Management Challenge Regional Finals. It is participated not only by business sheriffs and authority officials, but also by teams of companies, municipal institutions and business associations.

The program will host 'Developing regional financial systems and business funding tools. Meeting of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation Board for Financial and Investment Policies'.

The second day will hold the Presentation of the Transurals Social and Economic Development Program developed in cooperation with the Financial Research Institute of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

This day will host the off-site meeting of the Investment Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The meeting will have a form of an Investment Hour. It is planned to arrange meetings of two interdisciplinary commissions - the meeting of the Interdisciplinary working group of the Ural Mining Metallurgical Company and the Republic of Bashkortostan and the working meeting of the Republic of Bashkortostan and AFK Sistema.

The Investment Sabantuy will become the venue for sessions of federal institutions.

The Council of Young Diplomats of the MFA of Russia will discuss the image of Russia as a discredited business partner. The Expert Council of the State Duma will arrange the meeting on sustainable development and green funding.

The forum's program also includes specific round-table discussions of the Russia Export Centre and AgroExport Federal Centre for Export Development.

Particular events will be devoted to development of relations with international partners - Belarus, Kazakhstan and Turkey.

The forum will be finalized on June 4 with Sabantuy Fest in Baimaksky District. The guests will have a chance to become a part of the festival of folk culture and ethnos of Bashkortostan.

On this day Zarina Doguzova, the Head of the Federal Agency for Tourism, will meet with the representatives of the tourism business community of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
