This year the forum will unite participants from regions across Russia, Uzbekistan, and Belarus, focusing primarily on exchanging experiences and best practices in the interaction between the government and business. Additionally, it will analyze the situation in small businesses and address issues related to providing state support to small and medium-sized enterprises.

This year the forum will unite participants from regions across Russia, Uzbekistan, and Belarus, focusing primarily on exchanging experiences and best practices in the interaction between the government and business. Additionally, it will analyze the situation in small businesses and address issues related to providing state support to small and medium-sized enterprises.
“ We place particular emphasis on attracting investment to our region. In 2023, their amount exceeded the historical mark of 620 billion RUB. The unprecedented growth in capital investment indicates that investors value the opportunities provided by Bashkortostan. This is largely the merit of business sheriffs, who offer comprehensive local support to business representatives in cities and districts. The Institute of Business Sheriffs has consistently been acknowledged at the federal level as the leading regional practice in investor relations. Hosting the Business Sheriffs Forum as part of Zauralye All-Russia Investment Sabantuy has truly become a good tradition,” stated Rustam Muratov, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan - Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
One of the key events of the forum will be a plenary discussion, featuring speakers from various Russian regions and foreign countries. “The forum will explore new business opportunities under the Small and Medium Businesses and Support of the Individual Businesses Initiative national project.
The goals of the forum include studying the best practices of state support for small and medium-sized businesses, developing effective forms of interaction between the government and business, and shaping a favorable business climate, considering entrepreneurs' current needs, challenges, and plans in the economic landscape,“ said Zukhra Gordienko, Minister of Entrepreneurship and Tourism of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Madina Kalimullina, Executive Secretary of Russian Association of Experts in Islamic Finance and Member of Coordination Council for Experiment Implementation in the Republic of Bashkortostan, will speak about the partnership financing experiment conducted in four regions of the Russian Federation.
Alina Abitova, CEO of the Development Corporation of Ulyanovsk Region, will tell about investment opportunities in her region, while Evgeniy Kirpichev, Chief Legal Officer at the SME Leasing, will talk about the implementation of federal programs to support SMEs in providing preferential equipment leasing by SME Leasing, a subsidiary of SME Corporation (Moscow city).
The forum will also include a case workshop on Best Practices of Forming and Developing Entrepreneurial Competence, focusing on discussions about tools for collaboration with support institutions. Participants will have the opportunity to exchange experiences and best practices in the field of government-business interaction. During the case workshop, personalized counseling will be provided to all participants. Participants will have the chance to engage with experts, ask questions, and analyze business cases together.
