The Bashkortostan Strategy and Business Management Cup is to be held during Zauralye-2024 Investment Sabantuy. The project is the regional stage of the Global Management Challenge, an international championship. The Global Management Challenge is the world's largest strategy and management championship. The format of the championship's regional stage, showcased on the Smarteka platform, serves as the best practice for replication. Since its successful implementation in 2008, it has been used across 40 regions of the country, facilitated by federal executive bodies responsible for economic and investment policy. This initiative also entails collaboration with My Business centers as part of the Small and Medium-Sized Businesses and Initiatives Support national project.
Participants work in teams to make strategic decisions to run a virtual company, compete with other teams, and strive to achieve the best results. Regional Stage of Bashkortostan Cup is a unique opportunity for corporate leaders, representatives of small and medium-sized businesses from different parts of the Republic, managers, and employees of the largest companies in the region, as well as state and municipal officials. This is a chance to test their knowledge and skills, as well as to showcase their best qualities in strategic business management. The championship helps to develop managerial, personal and entrepreneurial skills. The top teams from the regional stage's first qualifying rounds will advance to the Cup final, competing for the chance to represent Bashkortostan at the national finals of the Global Management Challenge. These teams will be revealed at Zauralye-2024 Investment Sabantuy.

Zauralye All-Russia Investment Sabantuy is an international platform for business discussions. Every year it is participated by delegations from various countries, such as China, Iran, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Türkiye, India and Italy.
